Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Parker Team Behind CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Parker
The crew that shows up at your door in Parker isn’t a rotating roster of subcontractors. These are the same four people who’ve worked together through cottonwood season, through the January freeze that cracked flex duct in Reunion, through enough homes to know which builder’s tape job from 2006 is probably failing behind the master bedroom register. What unites them is simple: every one of them can explain what they found in your plenum (the main distribution box, usually in the basement or attic) and show you the photo to prove it.
Our People
Tomas Reyes, Owner & Lead Technician
I’ve been crawling attics and inspecting trunk lines since we opened in 2013, and I still carry a flashlight with a magnet on the tailcap because I dropped my first one into a chase wall in 2014 and never found it. I hold NADCA certification for air duct cleaning and ventilation system inspection, and I specialize in older Parker homes built during the 1990s expansion, where builders often used undersized return ducts that starve the furnace for air. My left knee clicks on stairs now, so you’ll hear me coming. I sign every written price sheet before work starts and review every photo record before it goes to the customer - Haven Standard Clause 1 and Clause 5, no exceptions.
Marcus T., Senior Installer & Duct Repair Specialist
Marcus joined us in 2017 after six years in commercial HVAC retrofit, and he brought with him a habit of labeling every cut he makes with the date and his initials - a practice he learned working on hospital negative-pressure rooms. He’s certified in duct sealing through the Building Performance Institute and handles our Aeroseal applications when a Parker homeowner needs the entire system sealed from the inside rather than taped at the joints. On weekends he restores vintage mountain bikes, which explains why his work van always smells faintly of chain lube and why he’s unusually patient with tight mechanical spaces. He’s the one who found a contractor’s lunch bag from 2003 inside a duct run in Canterberry Crossing - still sealed, still containing a very old banana.
Diana K., Service Coordinator & Customer Liaison
Diana answers the phones live, including the 2 AM calls when a homeowner wakes up convinced something is wrong with the system we just serviced. (It’s usually the thermostat schedule they forgot they set.) She joined CleanRun in 2019 after managing dispatch for a plumbing outfit in Denver, and she holds EPA Section 608 certification so she can actually understand what the technicians are describing when they call in from a job site. She schedules every appointment with a two-hour window, sends the technician’s photo and name before arrival, and prepares every written price sheet that Tomas or Marcus reviews with the customer. She keeps a map on her desk with push pins for every Parker home we’ve served since 2013 - she’s running out of space in the central neighborhoods and has started a second board.
Javier R., Apprentice Technician
Javier started with us in 2022 after completing the HVAC program at Pickens Technical College in Aurora, and he’s working toward his NADCA certification while handling dryer vent cleaning, register replacement, and photo documentation on every job he assists. He’s unusually good at reading airflow patterns - he can stand in a hallway in Stonegate and tell you which bedroom has a crushed flex duct behind the register before he opens the cover. He grew up in a house with a wood-burning stove and no central air, which he says is why he notices combustion safety issues that others miss. He still asks Tomas to double-check his written price sheets before presenting them, but he’s getting faster and his photo angles have improved dramatically since he stopped using the flash in reflective metal ductwork.
One Standard, Every Job

The four of us are the entire Parker crew. When you call (719) 259-4520, you reach Diana. When she schedules your service, she sends you Marcus’s photo or mine or Javier’s - whoever’s assigned - so you know who’s pulling into your driveway. Every technician is background-checked and uniformed, Haven Standard Clause 3: Verified Crews. Every job gets a written price before any panel comes off, Haven Standard Clause 1. Every duct run gets photographed before and after, Haven Standard Clause 5, and those photos are delivered to you as part of the standard job record, not held hostage for a review or an upsell.
We’ve served over 52,000 homes since 2013, and the reason we name our equipment brands - Rotobrush, Nikro, Abatement Technologies, Honeywell, Aprilaire, Guardsman - is so you can look them up and know what professional-grade tools are being used in your home. We don’t claim to be the biggest operation in Colorado. We claim to be the one where the same people show up, do what they said they’d do, prove it with photos, and stand behind it for 365 days with a written guarantee, not a policy subject to manager approval.
If you’ve received a written estimate from another company, we’ll put our number next to it at no charge. Free Second Opinion, Haven Standard Clause 7. No “call for a quote” here. The price is written, it’s agreed, and it’s the price you pay.
